Moakot.is reserves the right to cancel orders, e.g., due to incorrect pricing information, and also to change prices or discontinue product lines without notice. This also applies in cases of calculation errors on the webstore.

Patterns from Móakot may not be forwarded or reproduced in any way, such as by photocopying, photography, printing, or in any other similar manner without permission from Móakot. The pattern is for personal use only, and it is prohibited to reproduce Móakot sweaters for profit.

Product Delivery

All orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.
Patterns are delivered as PDF files that can be downloaded from the website after payment. If this is not possible, the seller will send the file by email or through other means.

Return Policy

Patterns sold on moakot.is are digital products delivered electronically immediately after payment. For this reason, they cannot be returned or refunded once access or download has been granted. By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees that delivery begins immediately and that the right to withdraw from the agreement may therefore be forfeited. If you have any questions, we are of course happy to help explain patterns or anything else related to the products.

Price

All prices in the online store are in Icelandic króna including VAT. Invoices are issued with VAT. Please note that online prices can change without notice. In some cases, offers in the online store apply exclusively to the online store.

Confidentiality

The seller promises the buyer complete confidentiality regarding all information provided by the buyer in connection with the transaction. Customer information will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.

Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Icelandic law. Should any dispute arise from it, it shall be brought before Icelandic courts. These terms are subject to the provisions of Act No. 96/1992 on Door-to-Door Sales and Distance Selling, the provisions of Act No. 50/2000 on the Sale of Movable Property where applicable, and the provisions of Act No. 48/2003 on Consumer Sales. All time limits mentioned in Act No. 96/1992 begin to run when the product is received.
